DELIVERY & REFUND

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to return your order within 14 working days. The item(s) would need to be returned in an unused, unopened and undamaged and in perfect condition.

The items need to be packaged as it was sent out to you in the original box/packaging.

In this instance the customer is responsible for any return postage costs.

 

Any goods received back which do NOT meet these requirements and are unable to be re-sold will NOT be refunded.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return your purchase if you are

not entirely happy with it.

If you do not return your goods within 14 days from contacting us then your right to cancel will be revoked.

​If for any reason your wax melts arrive with you damaged or faulty, please get in touch asap to let us know at contact@clementinawaxmelts.co.uk with your order number, the fault of the product and photo evidence so we can deal with any issues quickly. Breakages to wax melts during transit does not count as faulty, this is unavoidable.
