By reading this you accept all our Terms & Conditions stated here.  We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning, or prior notification.  You should make note of our Terms & Conditions prior to making any purchases on our site.

Intellectual Property

The content of our website, social media, promotional materials and emails including all text, trademarks, logos and any other design are protected by copyright laws in the UK. Clementina Wax Melts do not allow any unauthorised attempt to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any content from our websites or social media outlets.

Data Protection

We will respect customer privacy at all times and will never share your information with a third party.

 

Data Collection

As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you.  This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details. We may use your personal information:

  • To process your order

  • To communicate with you regarding enquiries, complaints or sales

  • To send you information about any offers, promotions and updates


Orders and Payments

Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase.  Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes.  It is up to the buyer to check the address before completing your payment.  It can take 7-10 working days to fully create and process your order, prior to dispatch as all orders are hand-made.  You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched.

 

Delivery

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

 

Damaged Goods

At Clementina Wax Melts, we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met prior to dispatch.  Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with please contact us within 48 hours via our email address:  contact@clementinawaxmelts.co.uk . Please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details to us, as well as any supporting photo evidence. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact.  Breakages to wax melts during transit does not count as faulty, this is unavoidable.

 

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind.  You can cancel or return your order within 14 days from when you receive the order.  Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging.  If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.  ​If for any reason your wax melts arrive with you damaged or faulty, please get in touch asap to let us know at contact@clementinawaxmelts.co.uk with your order number, the fault of the product and photo evidence so we can deal with any issues quickly.  Breakages during delivery is non-refundable.

Modifications to the service and prices

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.  Products will vary at times as they are all handmade to order, some frosting will occur, this is normal and shows that the wax used is 100% natural soy wax.
