How long are delivery times?

Please allow up to 7-10 working days for dispatch as many of our products are all handmade to order, particularly at busy times. If your item is in stock this will be dispatched early from stock.

Orders over £40 are posted FREE
If your order is £40 or more you will automatically be assigned free postage at checkout.
 
Please allow 7-10 days turn around for delivery. This is due to all of our products being handmade. If your item is in stock this will be despatched early from stock.

Before contacting us please check with a neighbour in case they have taken in your package.

Question 5

How do I use my wax melts?

Accepted Answer

Break off 1-2 chunks of wax melt (depending on how strong you like your fragrance) and place in either a tealight or electric wax burner.  If using a tealight wax burner, place an unscented tealight candle inside and light.
 
TEALIGHT BURNER SAFETY
Only use for up to 4 hours, any longer will cause the burner to become hot and can break.  Always follow your tealight safety instructions.

Keep away from draughts.
 
Remember to keep burners away from children and pets and do not move the burner whilst lit.

What type of wax do you use?

Our hand poured soy wax melts are 100% Soy Wax which is Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free.
 
With Soy Wax there sometimes is frosting, this is normal and shows that the wax is a 100% natural product and will not effect the scent thtrow in anyway.

Yes, all our wax melts are made to order. On occasion we do have stock on our shelves which means we can send your order out early from our supplies.
